I can’t price match as these packages are specifically design by me for you, they are tailored to your needs. And all of my set prices have been carefully thought out and take into account the years of experience and knowledge I have attained (which technically is priceless!).
Working with a designer 1:1 is a different experience to working with an agency. Each designer will have their own unique process when working with their clients. You can see mine here.

The time frame to complete your graphic design project will vary depending upon the details of the job. We’ll arrive at a mutually agreeable time frame before work begins. As you can read in my client reviews, I have a reputation looking after my clients and ensuring they a completely happy.
All logo files come with a variety of files types for you to use in online (will supply version for print on request).
PNG (use for online – will have transparent background)
SVG (some restrcitions to this)
EPS (use for print – will have transparent background)
I don’t usually hand over the working files, for an extra charge I’m happy to hand over the original working files for you to keep.
I sure can! I have a fantastic printer that can source printing for any occasion. I’d be happy to get a quote for you!

Yes! I know cashflow can be a bit tight at times and because I want to ensure you have the utmost success in your business I have created various payment options to suit.
$0 – $500
Whole payment is due prior to project beginning.
A deposit of $200 is required prior to starting your project to secure booking. The remaining balance will be made over 2 -4 payments (to be arranged at booking) via bank deposit or PayPal (there is a 3% fee for this). Balance must be paid before final files are released.
GST applicable. Full or part payment or instruction for work to commence indicates that the client accepts our T&C’s found at: https://www.chantelleking.com/terms-and-conditions/. All monies received are considered fully earned & non-refundable for change of mind. Unless agreed in writing, balance is due within 7 days. Final project payments are due when work is approved or after 4 weeks, whichever comes first. Failure to pay invoices by the due date will result in late fees being applied. All fees, solicitor charges, commissions & associated costs are the responsibility of the client. All materials, labour & workmanship remain the sole property of Chantelle King Design until invoice is paid in full. We reserve the right to pursue legal debt collection on invoices unpaid after 14 days & to suspend your website/s or account/s if you fail to meet any of these conditions.
